By using Lens Studio by Snap Inc. creators, developers, and 3D designers are able to create Augmented Reality lenses and experiences for the Snapchat app. By using Tracking Modes creators can augment faces, bodies, hands and even cats and dogs. The positioning of the Augmented Reality objects on surfaces, walls, and other planes is possible through the Surface Mode. The Marker Tracking feature allows the use of images as a trigger to unlock Augmented Reality content and experiences. The new feature of Lens Studio, named Landmarkers, allows the augmenting of buildings and attractions.
