Description
Created to celebrate London pride. This effect is activated when the user is near Buckingham Palace. When activated, flags unfurl and LONDON PRIDE jumps out of the building in Confetti.
Using Snapchat's landmarker technology, we were able to augment the famous London building with animated flags and text. Built in Lens Studio and commissioned by Snap, we created and simulated 3D flags and animated text in Maya and then are able to anchor the 3D content onto the building.
